Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. Please review your cart and shipping address carefully before checking out.

Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges at this time. Each piece is made to order with care and intention.

Address & Order Edits
Please note that we are unable to modify your order (style, size or address) once it has been placed.

Delivery Issues
If your tracking status says "Delivered" But you haven't Received the parcel, please notify us within 24 hours- Delayed reports beyond this window will not be eligible for claims with our shipping partner.

Defective / Incorrect Items.
In the rare case you receive a wrong or defective item, please:
* Email or DM us within 24 hours of delivery.
* Share clear pictures and an unboxing video (mandatory for replacement)
* Ensure all tags are intact and the item is unworn.
